Back to Basics! by Brother Sage
We are all heading toward the One. So all our stuff, stories, karma, beliefs are all coming up for the purpose of healing and letting go....darn our silly attachments still!
Glad you and your partners are conscious and aware Souls serving Hu-manity (means breath of the Divine through us) through those you are currently working with and the many more that are being "sent" to you guys.
My work/Life, under/as my spiritual name Brother Sage, keeps evolving, expanding educating my "self" and the hundreds I work with in person and by phone and internet every month! Sure helps to know your Way of Being.
Biggest lesson this week: takes me back to my Spiritual Kindergarden days under the studies, influence and mentoring of Living Foods Gurus like Vik and Dr. Ann, Herbal Geniuses, Kriya/Breath Masters, Fasters, Gardeners, Bodyworkers, A Course in Miracles, being a hippie and more...
Slowliness and Simplicity is Holiness( means Whole-ness): Put another way Back to Basics: Nature has all nutrients and medicines (along with the Innate Intelligence of our Body,Higher Self, I AM or God/Christ Presence).
Whole Plant Foods, fruits, veggies, sprouts, herbs/"weeds", sea veggies & algaes, H Crystal Salt or Celtic Salt, Pure or Spring Water, and then our favorite superfoods......
Can Bring our body back to balance or wholeness.
Before we (as a global culture) continue an addiction to a "magic" pill, supplement, tonic or lotion, etc. to do more than bring instant or temporary relief from that which causes our Dis-Ease or "illness, The Earth (Pangaia/Gaia/Turtle Island) has your medicine.
My 7th "incurable" dis-ease, Hernia, bothered me for 6 months as the loose skin and pouch kept popping out of my groin. First I thought I had a 3rd testicle in a weird place. Going to meet with John of God, last week in New York(Omega), did not heal this so called hernia.
Then I was guided to re learn about the POWER OF CAYENNE Pepper to accelerate healing. After ONE "dose" of 1 tsp of cayenne(about 40,000 BTUs) in Luke warm water with lime juice, aloe Vera Juice and Honey, The swelling disappeared. And now 4 doses later has still not returned.
Plus I am feeling the cleaner energy and well-being-ness all over!!
The same great health happens when I drink 2-3 ounces of wheatgrass Juice, Fresh Green Drinks, and sea veggies(love Dulce & Kelp)...and more real food!!!

Let your heart soar, widen and express it's fullest right now! Breathe! Love back at you.
When miracles appear to flow easily, effortlessly and instantaneously – you have arrived.
You are “in the flow” “ in the zone” or “Out of your mind”
Did you actually “do” anything?
Did you chant some “powerful” mantra that a guru or “enlightened” Being or master gave you?
Did you pray?
Did you “break a spell” that you were under?
Did you awaken from a dream of separation?
Did you delete a worn out program in your Unconsciousness’ Hardrive?
Did you have a shift of perception or an AHHA Moment of Clarity?
Did your Heart Flower (or blossom) and Love kept it open wide?
Or did you have a moment of calm peace within your Being and the “I” that you think that you are, was not in your way?

“Everything is happening automatically” Shri Bhagawan
Miracles tend to follow Miracles and wonders never cease. They have been known to cling together. Many experience more than one miracle in a single day or “at a time.”
When you look deep enough into a Miracle, you’ll realize that “You asked for it!” (On some “level” or some time ago, perhaps just now!)
Miracles are everyone’s birthright and spiritual inheritance.
You’re worth it!
Some explain their Miracles as “co-incidences” or “synchronistic”
Events. Wow, I was just thinking about that.
Yesterday, I desired a ride to the Farmer’s Market in a nearby town. I asked Doug but he had to go to work. “Out of the Blue”, Nancy calls and offers me a ride.
To me this was a Miracle or an answer to a prayer. Yet, another awesome demonstration that The Divine is with you at all times, listening, guiding, protecting and supplying all your needs and desires.
Ah Sweet Surrender.

This very air that you are Breathing, BREATHE, is your LIFE LINE
and First, Always and as a Back-up, to your
Well-being-ness and Peace...some call Sanity or Balance.
BREATHE!
A tendency to hold one's breath in apparent times of Stress,
Concern, Worry, Self Doubt, Illness and Fear may be cutting you Life
short with each missing breath.
BREATHE!
It no longer matters what you think about your so-called Reality, Dream or Movie.
Your Body doesn't care. All it desires is another deep Breath ( B R E A T H E )
with a full sigh of Relief. BTW Relief, according to Abraham, is the only emotion that we are really seeking. BREATHE!
BREATHE!
The word inspire means TO BREATHE. To take in the breath of the Divine.
Your BREATH can accelerate your healing and return to Wholeness in a matter of minutes or hours. The time is all determined by the quantity of misery, death urges, unconscious guilt, unworthiness and fears you are still carrying in your silent mind( the unconscious).

Or the amount of Trust, Love, Forgiveness, Gratitude and Joy you are expressing, experiencing and enjoying right now!

I AM open to the Possibility of expressing, experiencing and enjoying all that, I AM right now.

Your breath is a multi-dimensional cord between and all life on Earth and throughout the Universes. It carries the vibrations, like the strings of a guitar, that lift your Frequency or Vibration.

Your BREATH can accelerate your healing and return to Wholeness in a matter of minutes or hours. The time is all determined by the quantity of misery, death urges, unconscious guilt, unworthiness and fears you are still carrying in your silent mind( the unconscious).

Or the amount of Trust, Love, Forgiveness, Gratitude and Joy you are expressing, experiencing and enjoying right now!

LIFE IS LIKE A BOX OF CHOCOLATES ©2006 Brother Sage
Every ten years our food industry comes out with new requirements for the food labels. Forty to fifty years ago labels were required to add the term Kosher to designated that it had Rabbinical approval. And it appeared on many of our labels.
Twenty Five years ago, the FDA or Food Police required Nutritional profiles to be posted on all packaged foods. This merely gave us a generalized overview of basic nutrients( required or common) in those foods, like calcium, iron, protein, fiber and carbohydrates.
Twenty years ago, the term CERTIFIFED ORGANIC began appearing on our packaged foods. This let us know that indeed the food or mixture in that packaged was certified organic and could prove it.
In the last ten years, the term “FAIR TRADE” has appeared on our food labels. This tells us that the farmers and their families who grow these foods have been paid and treated fairly.
Perhaps in the Future, our food labels may include the following “required” terms with explanations:
GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS ( GMO) - to inform us that this food has indeed been made by man and not by Nature.
PH LISTING - to inform us of the ACID - ALKALINE Balance and give us the exact number with a chart to show the Proper pH range for Optimum Health.
ORAC SCALE - along with the Megahertz Scale - will inform us of the Frequency or Vibration Rating of this food or food blend.
Imagine that someday - hopefully soon, that we may be conscious and willing enough to choose and eat only the HIGHEST VIBRATIONAL FOODS. What a concept and what a conversation to have, “ I/We only eat High Vibrational Foods” “Doesn’t Everybody”

With all the concerns about GM foods, chemicals and additives to our foods, allergy producing foods, and the lack of nutrients, minerals and vitamins missing from packaged foods, living foods still holds the promise of great health and long life.
Sure we can eat our "favorite foods". Many of them eaten during times of stress and emotional challenges. Yet the Standard World Diet( formerly called SAD), is causing 99% of our health problems, mental and emotional imbalances and loss of vital life energy.
Ironically we all innately know what foods give us the best health, yet we avoid them.
It's time again to wake up and smell the green foods again! Your vegetables and fruits and nuts/seeds are still your friends...
