Why Living Foods for nutrition?
With all the concerns about GM foods, chemicals and additives to our foods, allergy producing foods, and the lack of nutrients, minerals and vitamins missing from packaged foods, living foods still holds the promise of great health and long life.
Sure we can eat our "favorite foods". Many of them eaten during times of stress and emotional challenges. Yet the Standard World Diet( formerly called SAD), is causing 99% of our health problems, mental and emotional imbalances and loss of vital life energy.
Ironically we all innately know what foods give us the best health, yet we avoid them.
It's time again to wake up and smell the green foods again! Your vegetables and fruits and nuts/seeds are still your friends...
